Sara grew up in South Florida, immersed in the rich cultural influences of her Colombian heritage. At 19, she moved to New York City to pursue her passion for design, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design. Her dedication and hard work led to her being recognized with the prestigious Metropolis Future100 award in 2022.

Sara honed her skills through internships with IMG NYC and Saint Laurent, before joining ODA Architecture, where she contributed to high-profile commercial projects, including the Four Seasons and Kimpton hotels, as well as luxury residential penthouses and multi-family high rises. She later joined HW Interiors, focusing on luxury residential homes in West Palm Beach and Wellington, further deepening her expertise in elevated, detail-driven design. After gaining experience across a range of dynamic design environments, Sara took a leap of faith and launched her own interior design business, where she continues to bring her creative vision to life.

A passionate traveler, Sara draws inspiration from her diverse experiences, infusing her designs with cultural elements from around the world to create multifaceted, curated spaces that feel both personal and inspired.

Now based in both New York City and Miami, Sara approaches each project with a fresh perspective, believing that every space has a unique story to tell. Her designs are conceptualized with individual narratives in mind, ensuring that each project is distinct and thoughtfully crafted to reflect its purpose and character.
